Facilities Supervisor

Facilities Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day operations of specified facilities, overseeing a facilities management team, custodial, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance, ensuring services align with company policies and regulatory requirements for a safe workplace. Manages consolidated reporting on budgets, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders; approves vendor documentation and maintains work orders. Guides medium-sized capital projects and reconfigurations with strong customer service. Ensures adherence to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and company compliance; maintains regular attendance and performs other duties as assigned.
