Job Summary
Facilities Supervisor in Armenia overseeing daily facility maintenance operations across company engineering systems, ensuring HVAC, power, water and fire safety systems function properly; manages maintenance team and suppliers, plans and tracks tasks, and serves as primary liaison for facility issues with the Direct Manager; coordinates repairs, capital projects, and compliance with health, safety, and fire safety norms; requires higher education in facility management or related engineering fields, 3+ years of facility management experience, ability to read technical drawings, and strong Armenian and English language skills; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, and familiarity with JIRA/WIKI for documenting activities; duties include supplier coordination, budget considerations, and ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in facility management
- Ability to read and understand technical execution drawings of building engineering systems
- Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, Fire safety systems, electrical and low voltage infrastructure systems
- Knowledge of Architectural and Structural engineering fundamentals
- MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCad
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian; good business knowledge of English; knowledge of Russian considered an advantage
