Job Summary
Facilities Supervisor overseeing buildings in Jacksonville, FL on the evening shift. Responsibilities include managing service providers and coordinating with the account manager to resolve issues, inspecting buildings, maintaining records and inventories, training in-house staff and ICs on cleaning techniques, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role requires daily inspections, reporting to the FSM, timekeeping, and travel as needed; candidate should have strong communication, team orientation, prior management experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Driver's license required; evening/night shift with 40 hours per week and full-time status.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6 months related experience and/or training
- Solid understanding of basic business math
- Strong MS Office experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Prompt, regular attendance
- Driver's License (Required)
- Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
- Work Location: In person
