Job Summary
Manage cGMP equipment and facility systems including preventive maintenance, qualification, calibration, and alarm response under a Quality Management System. Lead building infrastructure projects, oversee supply receiving processes, and coordinate with IT service providers for infrastructure support. Collaborate with safety leadership to maintain a safe working environment and create, revise, or review controlled procedures for continuous improvement. Respond to security, temperature, and power alarms while adhering to all facility control QMS requirements. This role operates within a cGMP-regulated laboratory environment in Bend, Oregon, supporting reliable testing services. Applicants must submit a cover letter to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six years relevant experience
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Strong technical, mechanical (especially HVAC), IT and mathematical competencies
- Able to balance competing priorities/needs
- Accountable for assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Short- and long-term project planning skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Flexible and adaptable
- Competent skills in Microsoft Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams and ERP systems such as D365
- Comfortable working with a variety of software platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in cGMP laboratory environment preferred
