Job Summary
Conduct random facility inspections, supervise staff, and ensure safety and welfare of users and the building. Manage preventive service programs, maintain maintenance shops, and oversee inventory while analyzing CMMS data for trends. Direct subordinate maintenance employees, mentor team members, and communicate daily activities across shifts using approved protocols. Serve as on-call maintenance for evening, weekends, and holiday emergency service. Maintain a sense of urgency regarding Casino business and operate as a multi-functional team with clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and practices used in the plumbing, construction, HVAC, Carpentry, building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
- Have a working knowledge of Chillers, boilers, Pumps, VAV's, Air handlers, CHP, and building Automated systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good working knowledge of CMMS systems with the ability to mine and analyze data for trends/reports.
- Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
- Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergency service.
- Must display and maintain a sense of urgency in regards to all Casino business.

- Ability to supervise, prioritize, motivate, monitor, and evaluate the work of subordinate maintenance employees.
- Must have the ability to mentor subordinates and push team members to excel.
- Proactive Cooperation: Ensure that the maintenance team operates as a multi functional team with clear and open communication with other areas
- Lead People: Strong skills leading direct reports in order to promote operating efficiency
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
