Job Summary
Develop and execute proactive facilities strategies by forecasting infrastructure needs and planning maintenance schedules. Perform daily facility checks to monitor power, water, and workspace readiness, while overseeing site cleanliness, minor maintenance, and organization. Coordinate driver schedules and manage vehicle availability to support staff and service movements, organizing transportation logistics for visitors and essential services. Supervise support staff and drivers, providing task-level guidance, conducting one-on-ones, and participating in hiring and onboarding. Quickly escalate facility, transportation, or comfort-related issues to the Nest Operations Lead to ensure safety compliance and operational standards. Manage house accommodation arrangements for visiting staff to ensure a comfortable stay.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a diploma/HND/tertiary certificate
- Prior experience in facilities management and administration (maintenance planning and scheduling, team management and leadership)
- Strong data gathering and analytics and reporting skills
- Able to work with computing systems (G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite etc.)
- Licensed Driver who is able to drive a manual vehicle
