Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- 2 years healthcare facilities experience or 4 years facilities or property maintenance experience
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Advanced computer skills in CMMS and Building Automation Systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and regulatory compliance
- Experience coordinating construction projects and working with contractors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in performing HR-related responsibilities (coaching, performance reviews)
