Job Summary
Dust, mop, and perform minor repairs like fixing broken locks and filling wall gaps. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues, replace light bulbs, and install appliances. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems such as ventilation and fire alarms. Collaborate with workers during renovations, manage event setup, and report issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors in line with school policies. High school diploma required; basic HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge preferred.

- Experience in cleaning and securing other facilities
- Excellent ability to work with others
- Attentive to detail
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to move heavy objects, often weighing in excess of 80 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Carpentry experience
- General construction experience
