Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on building, painting, and alteration projects. Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC, and generator systems. Adjust, maintain, and repair exterior and interior doors, locks, plumbing fixtures, and restroom facilities. Install and reconfigure office workstations while repairing furniture and woodwork. Inspect and test fire protection systems. Requires high school diploma, 3+ years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 70 lbs, and a valid driver's license. New hires earn a $5,000 bonus. Full-time on-site role at Uline's new Connecticut warehouse offering comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems or carpentry
- Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner
- Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
