Job Summary
Coordinate with facilities managers and internal operations teams to schedule preventative maintenance agreements and manage external service contractors. Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment including HVAC, plumbing, and laboratory hoods, independently executing repairs from inception to resolution. Assist in managing internal facilities systems, security, and work order software while supporting EH&S and engineering teams. Perform related duties as required for building operations and lab support.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience
- Certificate program for facilities, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' experience in facility maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree with 1+ years of experience
