Job Summary
Maintain a safe environment within and outside the Riverside facility and all Community Capital residential properties by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency after-hours repairs. Complete assigned work orders for lighting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, and snow removal while tracking documentation and testing facility systems. Collaborate with employees to solve maintenance concerns and provide input on future facility planning. Work independently to begin, problem solve, and complete projects with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience of hands-on skilled trade experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, etc.) and building maintenance
- Knowledge of general maintenance, use of tools and small equipment for commercial and residential settings
- Knowledge of construction materials and use for commercial and residential settings
- Ability to routinely lift maintenance equipment and materials
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to abide by MCBDD's Code of Conduct
- Satisfactory criminal background and abuser registry checks
- Satisfactory pre-employment drug test and physical
- Possess valid State of Ohio driver's license with less than (5) violations on record
- Knowledge of requirements related to ADA
