Job Summary
Maintain and repair building facilities at IKEA Bang Yai by handling electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural tasks; plan daily service routines and assess building conditions; coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure work complies with PPM, in-house rules, safety measures, and emergency procedures; minimize disruption to coworkers, visitors, and customers; assist with call-out situations and keep store operations running smoothly; regularly inspect customer areas and plant rooms, ensure cleanliness and security; diagnose equipment failures, perform limited in-house repairs, and coordinate service deliveries; update preventive maintenance programs, document vendor performance, and contribute to store improvement efforts; proficient in English for communication and able to use Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS systems; maintain SISAN and follow the maintenance plan to ensure assets are in good working condition.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities maintenance/building operations
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems
- Ability to use a computer
- English speaking and technical writing
- Familiarity with local property maintenance regulations and licensing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS systems
- Strong service orientation and proactive attitude
