Job Summary
Oversee daily workplace operations for a large-scale commercial office space in Malaysia, coordinating hard and soft facilities services with external vendors, building management, and service partners. Act as primary on-site liaison with the landlord/building management, manage procurement, budget tracking, and vendor performance against contractual obligations. Lead space planning, renovations, relocation activities, and safety/compliance programs, including visitor management and security oversight. Requires 3-5+ years in corporate facilities management, experience with vendor/contracts/SLA, and a degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of corporate facilities management experience
- Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong vendor management and contract administration experience
- Experience with budget tracking and SLA monitoring
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
