Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities to support uninterrupted site operations at the Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek Distribution Centres. Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to required standards while overseeing facility services including cleaning, security, waste, and utilities. Build relationships with operational teams, technicians, and partner representatives to drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. Assist with asset management, capital works coordination, and site improvement initiatives while maintaining WHS compliance and managing procurement administration. Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve operational performance within a highly automated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance Coordination or a similar operational role
- Strong planning, scheduling and administrative capabilities
- Experience coordinating contractors and multiple service providers
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using maintenance management systems and business applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A highly organised and proactive coordinator who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Solutions-focused, with the ability to identify issues and coordinate effective outcomes
- Detail-oriented with excellent administration and reporting capabilities

Desired Qualifications
- Qualification in Business, Administration, Facilities Management or a Technical discipline
- Experience working within distribution centres, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience coordinating minor capital works or facility improvement projects
- Exposure to asset management and preventative maintenance programs
- Experience managing or leading technical or trade-based teams
