Job Summary
Inspect and maintain building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping while coordinating routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers by arranging cleaning tasks, scheduling vendor inspections, and negotiating service agreements. Monitor facility safety and cleanliness across interior and exterior areas, prepare spaces for weather changes, and create reports on maintenance occurrences. Oversee facility renovations and collaborate with management on budgeting for facilities needs to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in The Woodlands, TX.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
- 3 year U.S. driving history
- acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of on-the-job training from previous, related roles in a relative industry.
- mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors, and team members.
