Job Summary

Facilities Specialist role within Axon's Facilities Team in Scottsdale, AZ. You’ll support day-to-day operations as a Facility Coordinator, maintaining records, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, tracking work orders and budgets, managing service contracts and lease documentation, and preparing internal reports and KPIs for leadership. You’ll ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO 14001/ISO 45001, assist with vendor management (quotes, invoices, proposals), and help drive operational efficiency in a fast-moving environment. Requires strong administrative/coordination experience, excellent communication, technical fluency with MS Office/Google Suites, and a proactive, collaborative approach; on-site role with up to 25% travel between Arizona sites, five days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or higher achievement required
  • Two or more years of facilities experience
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in varied building project coordinator/management roles
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Safety and risk management awareness
