Job Summary
Lead multi-trade facilities maintenance and commercial construction projects from estimation to execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and profitability across various trades. Manage client relationships and maintain communication to enhance customer satisfaction while supervising subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience managing and/or estimating commercial construction or facilities maintenance projects (multi-trade experience strongly preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of mold, water, and asbestos remediation procedures
- IICRC AMRT or WRT certification (a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
- Familiarity with project management/work order management software
