Job Summary
Facilities Shift Manager at Hard Rock Biloxi responsible for inspecting and operating equipment safely, maintaining all casino and hotel operating permits, and managing engineering personnel. Oversees records, communicates goals with Non-Gaming Operations leadership, hires/trains/disciplines shift staff, supervises facility employees, and ensures adherence to policies. Represents Hard Rock Biloxi with guests, coworkers, managers, and vendors while upholding the property’s mission and values. Requires a valid driver’s license, strong mathematical and analytical abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Mature, self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently with no supervision
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must possess basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft programs
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
