Job Summary
This entry-level facilities services role involves custodial, building and grounds maintenance, or general labor tasks. Responsibilities include emptying trash, mowing grass, cleaning restrooms, moving furniture, setting up rooms, vacuuming, painting, minor repairs, operating light equipment (vehicles, tractors, mowers), assisting with routine grounds maintenance, responding to internal requests and emergencies, and ensuring safety of students and staff. Candidates should be able to perform manual labor, use hand and power tools, follow safety practices, and provide customer service. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a valid Arizona driver’s license is typically needed for this position.
