Facilities Services Supervisor (Third Shift)

Job Summary
Oversees third shift custodial and/or grounds maintenance staff, directing daily activities, scheduling workload across shifts, and ensuring campus cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include supervising second shift staff, organizing training and onboarding, performing quality control, maintaining inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies, coordinating with the Business Office for supplies, performing and supervising cleaning and maintenance tasks, supporting event setup/breakdown, coordinating with Campus Safety, monitoring alarm systems as needed, and complying with system, college, state and federal regulations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalency, three years of custodial/maintenance experience with at least one year in a supervisory role, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or high school equivalency.
- Experience: Three years' experience in custodial, grounds-keeping, or general maintenance work including one year of supervisory or team/crew lead experience.
- License/Certification: Valid driver’s license or access to transportation required.
