Facilities Services Supervisor Msite

Oversee all building systems staff at multiple sites, including leadership for equipment installation and maintenance in accordance with regulatory codes. Plan, schedule, and estimate labour, material, equipment, and downtime to complete maintenance and repair works while ensuring continuity of base services through 7/24 shift staff and tradesmen. Review BAS system reports, clear alarms, and supervise the efficient operation of chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, and emergency diesel generators. Provide clear business direction to unionized staff for timely completion of preventive maintenance and enforce health, safety, and infection control guidelines. Research specifications and O&M manuals to direct tradesmen, monitor energy conservation methods, and conduct monthly fire drills and staff training. Liaise with client departments and stakeholders to develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
