Facilities Services Associate

This role supports daily plant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Responsibilities include facility housekeeping, equipment cleaning, maintenance preparation, material handling, and general support across the plant. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented, with the ability to support a variety of plant and production activities. Responsibilities include routine housekeeping inspections, operating cleaning equipment, cleaning production areas and equipment, assisting with maintenance preparations and lockout/tagout activities, pretreat operations as required, and reporting maintenance or repair concerns. The position requires strong attention to detail, good communication within a team, forklift operation, and the ability to perform duties in a physically demanding manufacturing setting. Scheduled Monday-Friday with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the plant production schedule, reporting to the Production Manager.
