Job Summary
Facilities Scheduler role based at the Manitoba Regional Office, supporting the Maintenance Team by planning and scheduling work orders for Maintenance Technicians. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining scheduling systems; planning and scheduling work orders and preventive maintenance inspections; monitoring SLAs; ensuring safety requirements for inspections; resolving scheduling issues; verifying resource availability; coordinating changes with the Team Lead and Site Manager to improve tenant satisfaction; generating reports and schedules; attending regular meetings; and driving process improvements. Requires strong MS Office proficiency, teamwork, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to learn new software; additional languages are an asset. Compensation ranges from $52,000 to $65,000 per annum with comprehensive benefits.

- Diploma or secondary education would be considered an asset

- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software programs
