Coordinate construction planning and serve as a facilities liaison with program management. Support project planning efforts by scheduling contractor labor and managing permitting, safety requirements, and oversight for contract safety and labor. Interpret drawings, schematics, and details while managing demolition, hazard abatement, and permitting processes. Utilize Maximo and Costpoint systems to track project data and costs. This Level 3 position in Clearfield, UT, requires a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft software.
