Facilities Regulatory Programs Manager

Facilities Regulatory Programs Manager overseeing site-level facility regulatory and safety programs within the Facilities organization. Responsible for ownership of facility-related regulatory programs and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and risk reduction. Key duties include leading Waste Management and Electrical Safety (Arc Flash) program implementation, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and contractor compliance; supporting LOTO, Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, Fire & Life Safety, PIT, and Crane Safety programs through inspections and corrective actions; integrating regulatory and safety requirements into projects and operations; partnering with Site EHS, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to identify and mitigate facility-related risks and drive continuous improvement. Required to apply a working knowledge of regulatory safety requirements, interpret corporate standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliant facilities operations. Preferred experience in ISO-aligned systems, EHS platforms (e.g., Gensuite), and strong cross-functional communication skills. Physical work in manufacturing/industrial settings with potential off-hours for regulatory inspections.
