Facilities Queue Coordinator

Manage the Jira Service Management work order queue by triaging, allocating, and resolving reactive and planned maintenance requests across FLG clubs. Assess and assign incoming work orders to internal technicians and external contractors using established procedures and the Confluence knowledge base. Coordinate with club teams, support office stakeholders, and contractors to ensure service levels and completion standards. Maintain the Facilities shared inbox, raise corrective work orders from approved quotations, and assist the Facilities Operations Manager with knowledge base administration, reporting, and operational initiatives.
