Job Summary
Coordinate facilities administration and purchasing across Merchants Bank branches; serve as liaison between branches, departments, and vendors; own setup of purchasing systems and approval processes; administer facility needs for branches (e.g., lawn care, cleaning, HVAC, safety, rentals, vendor contracts); coordinate activities with vendors to ensure work is completed as expected; support Facilities Manager in communicating branch needs for major facility projects; leverage purchasing portals, manage exceptions outside online portals; requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, organizational and communication abilities, and ability to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing, vendor management and/or facilities administration management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Adapt quickly to new technologies
