Job Summary
Facilities Provider at The Hope Center responsible for daily housekeeping and maintenance at Hope Acres, performing routine upkeep, lawn and grounds care, snow/leaf removal, and use of cleaning tools and outdoor equipment; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with cleaning equipment, health and safety standards, and basic maintenance tasks. The role emphasizes independent work, time/inventory management, attention to detail, and compliance with required clearances and certifications (PA Child Abuse and FBI clearances, state license or certification, mandated reporter training, CPR/First Aid). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role strongly preferred
- Proficiency with basic cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
- Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
- Act 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with children
- State License of Practice and/or Certification
- CPR/First Aid
- TB/Physical
