Facilities Project Manager I

Lead project management through pre-design, funding, design, pricing, construction, occupancy, and closeout steps for facility upgrades, changes, reconfigurations, and renovations. Develop project scope based on customer needs and create budgets using departmental tools to assist in obtaining funding. Procure external resources and manage internal and external teams to plan, design, and document projects while adhering to facility standards and regulatory requirements. Listen to customer needs, clarify requirements, and maintain effective communication through documented tools. Resolve issues proactively within a collaborative environment to achieve optimal outcomes. Requires a bachelor's degree and one year of experience coordinating projects in the design or construction industries. Preferred experience includes healthcare settings.
