Job Summary
Lead office buildouts, tenant improvements, and renovations across the U.S. portfolio by coordinating with landlords, architects, and general contractors from design through occupancy. Manage full project lifecycles, including reviewing drawings, tracking schedules and budgets, supporting RFPs, and conducting site visits to ensure quality and adherence to firm standards. Resolve risks proactively, track change orders, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders while communicating timelines and deliverables clearly. Prepare status updates, escalation summaries, and presentation items for meetings. Requires 5+ years of construction project management experience, direct exposure to Waterfall methodology, and approximately 20-40% annual travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of construction-related project management preferred
- Direct experience with Waterfall methodology
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to self-motivate
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced understanding of the platforms, processes, and procedures deployed by the Eastdil Secured Facilities team
- Communicates clearly and concisely in written form
- Handle confidential information with diplomacy and discretion
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A self-starter with a high degree of energy and careful attention to detail
- Strong sense of initiative and a process-improvement mindset
- Tech-savvy and excellent computer skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, ChatGPT, Claude, and other project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, ProCore, etc.
- Ability to develop presentations that convey critical information, contextualize decision points and drive alignment
- Understand scheduling techniques, estimating, change management, risk management and progress reporting methods
- This role requires project-dependent travel, estimated at approximately 20-40% annually
- Travel may vary based on project phase, meetings, and business priorities
- Travel may include same-day and overnight domestic travel, with occasional international travel as needed
- Applicants must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship when hired
