Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and monitor HVAC and M&E projects across Kulim and assigned sites, overseeing equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Provide technical support to site teams by troubleshooting system faults, reviewing drawings and specifications, and supervising works to ensure safety and quality compliance. Monitor project progress, cost, and schedule while managing contractors, suppliers, and vendors. Conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Travel between industrial facilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Air Conditioning/Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Valid Malaysian driving license
- Willing to travel between assigned customer sites in Kulim and surrounding industrial areas
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, M&E, facilities engineering, plant utilities, maintenance or project engineering
- Fresh graduates with good technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Diploma in Air Conditioning/Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Facilities Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC, M&E, facilities or project engineering experience
- Relevant HVAC, air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical or M&E certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of environmental, health & safety, energy-management and regulatory requirements is preferred
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, cleanroom, healthcare, data center or other critical-facility environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, CMMS and Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage
