Job Summary
Facilities Project Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in supporting Click Bond's facilities design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction, and modernization of physical facilities, equipment, and software; manages BIM (3D models) for Carson City and Watertown campuses; prepares Basis of Design documents and maintains the Facilities Specification Book; oversees contractors; integrates BIM data with CMMS, BMS, and SCADA systems to support a true facilities digital twin; conducts clash detection; coordinates renovations or upgrades with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams; ensures compliance with codes and safety guidelines; conducts site walks and updates as-built BIM models; prepares project plans, scopes, budgets, vendor coordination, and AFE requests; requires strong project management and BIM proficiency (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD); working knowledge of 6D BIM lifecycle and COBie.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or 5 years of equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in 3D modelling and BIM within construction or facility management environments
- One (1) to three (3) years of project management experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and similar engineering design platforms
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit for Structural or MEP (preferred)
- AGC Certificate of Management - BIM (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction codes, BIM standards, and environmental, health and safety regulations
