Job Summary
Lead interior design specifications and design team efforts for assigned projects, including space planning for clinical and non-clinical areas, specifying finishes, furnishings, and accessories, and managing moves. Coordinate with project managers, third-party vendors, and internal departments to prepare specifications, estimates, bids, and installation schedules while ensuring adherence to standards. Perform field reviews for accuracy and compliance, oversee RFP processes, and provide vendor management support. Develop design direction to support strategic planning goals and assist in administrative space planning efforts to reduce leased square footage. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field with six years of commercial interior design experience. Full-time day shift at Prisma Health Corporate Office. NCIDQ certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Six (6) years of commercial interior design and space planning
- NCIDQ certification
- Membership in IIDA or ASID
- Proficient in Adobe
- Ability to read and work with architectural drawings in both renovations and new construction
- Knowledge of furniture systems and building codes
- Drafting ability using CAD, Revit
- Ability to communicate technical points with internal and external consultants and end-users
Desired Qualifications
- NCIDQ certification preferred
- Membership in IIDA or ASID preferred
- Drafting ability using CAD, Revit preferred
