Job Summary
Coordinate facility maintenance, including painting, plumbing, light electrical work, vehicle upkeep, and landscaping. Support new clinic openings by transporting furniture, setting up facilities, and executing renovations. Respond to maintenance requests within 48 hours while managing tools, supplies, and vehicle logs. Travel extensively up to 14 weeks annually and work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines. Maintain open communication with site managers, adhere to safety protocols, and uphold patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient in carpentry
- General knowledge of electrical
- General knowledge of plumbing
- General knowledge of HVAC
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record
- Free of disciplinary restrictions
- Ability to travel up to 10–14 weeks per year
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to respond to facility maintenance requests within 48 hours
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to read
