Job Summary
Conduct daily walk-throughs, inventories, and assessments of the building to identify equipment deficiencies, missing items, and tenant violations. Perform relief communication center support by answering routine questions, monitoring, prioritizing, and routing building service requests while serving as a central contact for security and emergency personnel. Escort vendors, manage third-party vending machines, and perform operational checks on safety equipment like fire extinguishers and eyewash stations. Provide transportation services for package delivery and authorized personnel within the Washington Capital District. Follow up on submitted work orders, deliver status reports to the customer, and attend meetings to provide feedback and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 5 years of strong administrative and office management experience
- Current driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check

- Experience with Microsoft Office
