Job Summary
Manage day-to-day facility performance, safety, and compliance across 130 locations while overseeing preventative maintenance, CMMS work orders, and vendor contracts. Oversee lease administration, rent schedules, and CAM reconciliations to control OPEX/CAPEX budgets and identify savings opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for landlords and property managers, supporting site openings, closures, and relocations. Forecast spend, review invoices, and maintain dashboards to ensure cost-effective operations. Requires 5-10+ years in multi-site facilities management, CMMS expertise, and ability to travel 20-40%. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-10+ years of multi-site facilities and/or real estate management
- Strong skills in budgeting, lease administration, and vendor management
- Knowledge and experience building systems and maintenance programs
- Experience with CMMS and real estate management tools
- Valid driver's license/satisfactory driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available to travel as needed (approximately 20-40%)
