Facilities Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee smooth daily operations across multiple processing centers in Riyadh, managing inventory audits, replenishment, and storage checks while reviewing KPI metrics and financials. Lead training sessions for staff, coach shift leads, and troubleshoot facility, kitchen, and hardware issues. Manage ZenDesk tickets from open to close, address space and tech problems with licensees, and coordinate with the Property Manager and Customer Success team to ensure readiness for high-volume orders. This role requires fluency in English and Arabic, knowledge of Saudi labor laws, and experience in logistics or food processing environments. Based on-site in Riyadh covering three sites, you will support cross-functional teams to maintain seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic (essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in a multi-site operations environment
- Familiarity with kitchen or food processing operations
- Experience with ZenDesk or other ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and workplace safety standard
