Oversee the operation and maintenance of facilities across a dispersed regional portfolio; provide leadership for electrical, mechanical, structural, and life-safety systems; manage vendor contracts, procurement, and client relationships; ensure KPI and SLA targets are met; coordinate work orders and safety training; align with Client Facility Manager to uphold regulatory compliance, cost controls, and high-quality facility services; require a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of industry experience; proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and CMMS.

- General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical)
