Job Summary
Facilities Operations Manager – Electrical role overseeing safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems powering OCI data centers. Responsible for electrical plant operations and maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, operational readiness, and incident response to ensure continuous uptime and protection of compute load. Oversees systems such as switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, transfer switches, PDUs, busway, grounding, and monitoring platforms. Focused on day-to-day plant operations and field execution rather than primary design authority. Onsite full-time at Project Frontier- Abilene, Texas (TX, United States).
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading electrical plant operations for data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, transfer switches, PDUs, busway, grounding
- Experience in maintenance execution, incident response, and vendor performance management
- Leadership of technicians/field teams and operational readiness focus
- Compliance with safety and reliability standards in electrical systems
