Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including space allocation, office moves, labs, and timely enquiry responses. Maintain accurate records and databases for offices, assets, graduate laptops, inspections, and facilities-related documentation. Provide front desk support, delivering professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors while managing access requests. Process invoices, reimbursements, and purchasing card reconciliations to ensure compliance with financial procedures. Develop and maintain efficient filing, records management, and administrative systems aligned with University policies. This part-time role supports teaching, research, and vibrant student experiences within the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences.

- Hold a diploma-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field

- Work effectively both independently and within a team, using initiative and sound judgement in day-to-day decisions
