Job Summary
Manage vendor setups for card access, CCTV, and MEP infrastructure while overseeing daily facility operations to ensure a safe, secure, and maintained environment. Coordinate custodial and security services, implement preventive maintenance programs, and maintain accurate records of assets, expenses, and compliance documentation. Identify cost-saving opportunities, ensure health and safety regulatory compliance, and execute emergency response plans including fire drills. Generate performance reports for management and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a proper filing system accessible to all staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Project Management, IT or a related field
- Prior experience in the built environment (MEPF - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Facilities) and security access management or relevant field minimum 2 years
- Experience in managing business continuity and disaster recovery process
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a BPO or corporate environment
- Familiarity with local built environment regulations
- Able to operate advanced MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis)
- Have experienced working in a fast paced & growing company environment
- Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable

- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Time-management and organizational skills
