Job Summary
Assist with maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate routine maintenance and contractor activities; conduct regular facility inspections and report issues or hazards. Support health and safety compliance activities and maintain relevant records. Manage facility-related requests and help resolve operational issues promptly. Assist with office moves, meeting room setup, and workplace logistics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, assets, and service providers. Support procurement of facilities supplies and monitor stock levels. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks; Fluent French with advanced English speaking and writing.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, office administration, or a similar support role.
