Facilities Night Manager

Conduct rotating building inspections to verify cleaning meets City Wide standards and maintain location key access. Partner with independent contractor crews to train on cleaning techniques and safety protocols, while acting as a liaison between contractors and facilities management. Communicate policies, procedures, and maintenance issues to in-house employees and contractors, and report nightly inspection details, employee concerns, and non-basic janitorial service opportunities to the operations team. Adhere to the client complaint policy by physically verifying issues when possible and ensure all building checklists are followed.
