Job Summary
Facilities Night Manager to oversee contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, maintain relationships with Independent Contractors, review client contracts and ensure work meets expectations. Develop and maintain productive relationships with ICs, communicate priorities, assign work in line with client standards and company policies, and manage inspections, customer complaints, new client starts, and VIP attention. Enforce City Wide policies (New-Start, Customer Complaint, Four Star) and ensure proper use of approved tools/equipment. Requires high school diploma and 3 years of management experience; on-site evening shift with a focus on quality assurance, client service, and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
- 3 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations
- Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus
- Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement
- CRM experience preferred
