Job Summary
Facilities Multi-Services Manager leads a broad facilities portfolio across multiple sites (Kent, Seattle, Tukwila) and collaborates with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing project and process plans, acquiring resources, providing technical management of suppliers, guiding make/buy decisions, and overseeing facilities planning, engineering, construction, and Plant & Equipment maintenance. The role also emphasizes relationship-building with internal and external partners, setting operational goals, and mentoring a team of employees. The position requires leadership experience, program/project management capabilities, and the ability to present to senior leaders; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and security clearance eligibility is noted. The role is based in Washington with on-site responsibilities at multiple facilities and requires compliance with COI and drug-free workplace policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
- 1+ year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
- Experience working with collective bargaining agreements and hourly union-represented workforce
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
- Experience in project leadership including planning, implementing and executing program plans
- Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support and teamwork
- Experience developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
- Conflict of Interest considerations and COI assessment process
- Drug Free Workplace policy and background checks
