Job Summary
Facilities Technician – Trade II responsible for the safe, efficient operation and repair of club HVAC, boilers, chillers, and associated mechanical systems. Perform inspections, maintenance, and diagnostics on HVAC/R equipment (including walk-in coolers, air handlers, boilers, and kitchen equipment), interpret blueprints and manuals, troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems (24V to 480V), participate in preventive maintenance, document inspections in CMMS, and uphold OSHA and safety practices. Requires strong technical knowledge of building mechanical systems, use of hand tools, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs for some tasks), and compliance with safety procedures; candidates should have High School Diploma and EPA 608 certification; OSA 10 Hour preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 certification – Required
- Osha 10 Hour – Preferred
- English - Fluent
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and application
- Knowledge of plumbing and electricity
- Skilled in the use of hand tools
- Ability to perform duties in high and low temperature ranges
- Ability to perform duties in confined spaces
- Knowledge of building mechanical systems
- Skilled in the use of a calculator to prepare simple, accurate mathematical calculations
- Ability to access and input information using a computer system
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to remain alert throughout the duration of shift and remain calm during emergency situations
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping and kneeling
- Ability to push and pull objects or material weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to approximately 30 feet, with the ability to reach often time overhead
- High School Diploma required
- Adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.

- EPA 608 certification – Required
