Job Summary
Facilities Manager responsible for day-to-day facilities operations across office, warehouse and legacy sites, acting as primary point of contact for facilities issues, ensuring safety, compliance, and presentation, while managing access systems, third-party suppliers, and maintenance contracts. Oversees health & safety and environmental standards, maintains compliance records, supports audits, leads planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to minimise disruption, manages facilities budgets and cost-saving opportunities, and coordinates facilities projects with internal teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a facilities, site, or operations role
- Strong organisational and multitasking capability
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously
- Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
