Facilities Manager responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and productive operation of the company’s facilities; acts as primary contact for building maintenance, landlord relations, and vendor management; oversees daily operations, preventive maintenance, and coordination of repairs; ensures compliance with safety regulations; manages service contracts and third-party vendors; supports nationwide locations in collaboration with local management; requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire systems; strong project management and communication skills; CAD experience desired.
