Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager responsible for efficient, safe operation of physical facilities, primary contact for building maintenance, landlord relations, and vendor management. Oversees daily operations of building systems (HVAC, lighting, security), coordinates maintenance and repairs, manages service contracts and third-party vendors, ensures compliance with local safety, fire, and health regulations, and liaises with landlords/property management. Oversees nationwide locations with support from local teams; requires project management, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities; CAD is desirable and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected along with 5+ years of experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.
