Facilities Manager

Manage the day-to-day operations of the building, including supervising cleaning and maintenance staff, overseeing security, and coordinating repairs with vendors. Oversee expenditures under the facility budget, recommend service contracts for security and HVAC, and inspect the structure to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards. Allocate space between departments, manage building projects and renovations, and maintain system maps for utilities and data. Provide input on the annual budget and advise on energy efficiency and leasing decisions. Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer with rare local travel required.
